High-Performance Planing Deep-V Hull
The hull is a fully planing, deep-V design with spray rails and a reverse chine to deliver optimum seakeeping at all speeds and in all sea states. The glass-fibre reinforced polyester hull (fire retardant resin options available) uses a balanced layup of multiple glass-fibre layers and woven roving with additional keel reinforcements for exceptional impact and torsional strength. Hull and deck are manufactured as a single structural unit; the voids between hull and deck are filled with buoyancy foam for added flotation and resilience. The fast rescue configuration is selfbailing—the cockpit floor is positioned above waterline even at low speed.

ORCA Neoprene-Hypalon Buoyancy Tube
The buoyancy tube is constructed from ORCA Neoprene-Hypalon fabric (Polyester High Tenacity 1670 dtex), offering superior weather, chemical and abrasion resistance.

- Five independent chambers with individual valves for rapid inflation/deflation
- Precision fabrication and high-quality seams to ensure leak-free performance
- Neoprene rubbing strakes on both sides and bow protection for abrasion resistance
- Lifelines on both sides for crew safety and secure operations
4-leg lifting arrangement
The work boat can be lifted by a 4-leg lifting arrangement. The areas in the polyester hull around the lifting eyes are reinforced in order to lead the forces well into the hull construction. The 4-leg lifting sling has the right dimensions to lift the boat horizontally and every boat is provided with a certified lifting arrangement.
