Built to Perform – Engineered for the Extreme
The Workribs FALCON Series defines a new standard in professional RHIB design.
Built for operators who rely on their craft in the most demanding environments, every Falcon is shaped by the same core philosophy:
F – Fast in deployment and response
A – Advanced in engineering and materials
L – Load-bearing strength through full-length structural integration
C – Combat-ready construction for high-load missions
O – Offshore-capable in all conditions
N – Naval-grade reliability, proven and trusted
Developed for naval forces, coast guards, offshore support, and tactical operations, the Falcon is designed to perform when it truly matters.
Precision. Power. Performance.
Available in lengths from 8.11 m to 9.88 m, each Falcon features an optimised hull geometry that delivers exceptional balance, stability, and manoeuvrability. These RHIBs are engineered for true high-speed operation — 55+ knots are not only achievable but remain fully controllable.Where most builders trade control for speed, the Falcon maintains perfect harmony between top-end performance, safety, and crew comfort. Every Falcon is fully self-draining, even under full load. There is no need for bilge pumps, which often fail in critical conditions — guaranteeing dependability in every mission. Each model can be built exactly to mission specification, making the Falcon ideal for Defence and Coast Guard operations in any environment — from cold waters to tropical climates.
Powertrain
Yamaha power defines the Falcon Series, offering V6 and V8 (XTO) outboards from single 300–450 hp to twin 200–450 hp configurations.
These engines provide immense torque, essential for accelerating through heavy seas and maintaining thrust in extreme conditions.Their 4.2–5.6 L displacement ensures effortless performance, reduced strain, low noise, and an exceptionally long service life.
Unique Hull & Structural Design
The Falcon’s construction philosophy sets it apart:
The Longitudinal Frame Structure runs continuously through to the transom, exactly aligned with the twin engines. This creates an immensely strong backbone that evenly distributes propulsion and impact loads. The hull’s low centre of gravity ensures perfect balance, minimal resistance, and unmatched predictability at speed. Result: No weak points. No fatigue. No compromise. A hull engineered for power, precision, and longevity.
Superior Handling
The Falcon’s hull design delivers unmatched natural pitch- and roll-stability through smart geometry and a low centre of gravity.
Its balanced V-shape and spray-rail layout ensure smooth tracking and comfort in all sea states — even at maximum speed. Natural stability eliminates the need for interceptor systems. Every Falcon moves predictably, with precise feedback and exceptional control — even in following or beam seas.
Powertrain
Every Falcon is designed around the operator.
The console layout offers excellent visibility, intuitive controls, and space for dual 10–16 inch displays. All premium marine electronics brands can be integrated to customer preference. The layout supports extended operations with minimal fatigue and maximum protection at speed. Each Falcon can be built entirely to mission specification, with flexible options for console design, seating, and sensor integration — ready for hostile or remote deployments where reliability is critical.
Construction & Durability
Engineered for the rigors of professional use, the Falcon features an industrial-grade, hand-laminated hull optimized for a superior strength-to-weight ratio. The longitudinal frame system and reinforced transom are purpose-built to exceed 500 operational hours annually, backed by an industry-leading 8-year warranty on the hull and tubes.
-
Armored Protection: Standard high-impact bow protection; optional 4 mm stainless-steel keel strip for full-length shielding.
-
Advanced Buoyancy: Hypalon/Neoprene tubes available in full-air or hybrid foam-core configurations.
-
Field-Ready Design: Every Falcon is over-engineered and fully field-repairable to handle the unexpected.
The Bottom Line: With a 20-year service life under heavy professional use, we deliver proven durability, not just promises.
